By the way, do
you know the origin of the name "Oscar", given to these special
statuettes many years ago? Please, leave your answer here as soon as you can ,
indicating the link where you found the information. There will be a prize for
the first student who gets it right!

The name has never been determined, however they say it has three possible sources: Actress Bette Davis husband's name; it was a nickname given by Columnist Sidney Skolsky and the last, Margaret Herrick, who said the award looked like her uncle Oscar.

Who are you my dear Grace? Graciela maybe? Well, anyway, the answer is OK. However, the truth is that the real origin can be traced to Margaret Herrick, who certainly said that the award looked like her uncle, who was Oscar. Congratulations!
